Michael Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the construction field, including more than 6 years as a project manager. Currently serving as the Senior Project Manager at Highwoods Properties, Michael focuses on managing the development of Class A commercial property build-outs and tenant improvement projects. With a background in electrical work, project consultation, and team management, they have also held leadership roles such as Director of Construction and Construction & Maintenance Manager. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Science from Mississippi State University and holds an Industrial Electricity Certificate from East Mississippi Community College.
