Li Chen is currently the Legal Counsel and Partner at hihilulu, a position held since 2016, after serving as a Legal Consultant for the company in 2015. Li earned a PhD in Juridical Science from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University in 2007, having previously obtained a Master of Laws in Corporate and International Business Transactions from the same institution. Additionally, Li holds a Master of Laws in International Trade, Corporate and Securities Law from the University of International Business and Economics, completed in 1998.
