Kevin T.

Kevin T. is an executive with hands-on experience in creating, growing, and leading lean teams and systems to achieve goals through a relentless focus on customer and stakeholder value and a continuous drive for improvement. They have broad international experience and significant experience in leading M&A, joint ventures, partnering and financing transactions. They currently serve as Principal at Vaughn Holdings, LLC and Firogo, and as President of Hijinx. Earlier in their career, they were Corporate Attorney (2003–2007) and later held the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at ESCO Corporation. They have served on the Board of Directors of Minerva Intelligence Inc. (2019–2021) and earned AB from Wabash College (Magna Cum Laude), JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, and an MBA from the University of Oregon (Salutatorian).
