Sharon Beck

Sharon Beck has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sharon is currently working at HIKE2 as a Principal. Prior to that, they worked at Omnicell as a Senior Technical Director, leading the transformation of the robotic IV compounding product line. At Highmark Health, Sharon was a Senior Program Manager, responsible for transforming value delivery to an Agile model and overseeing the Product and Healthcare Services Project Office. Sharon also worked at NetApp as a Manager, where they successfully managed and delivered complex testing projects. Earlier in their career, Sharon held positions at Westinghouse Electric Company, Coventry Health Care, NOMOS/North American Scientific, Deloitte Consulting, and Zefer, where they gained experience in requirements engineering, project management, and technology integration. Sharon holds an MS and MBA degree, as well as a PMP certification.

Sharon Beck has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Sharon also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Business (double major) from the University of Pittsburgh. Sharon has additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
