Basil Tilmon

Basil Tilmon is an experienced professional in nonprofit technology solutions and consulting. As the Nonprofit Practice Lead at Hikko since April 2025, Basil oversees the Salesforce for Nonprofits implementation practice. Previously, tenured at Salesforce from November 2015 to April 2025, Basil served as Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for Nonprofits, leading a team to support clients nationwide and collaborating with sales leadership for alignment. As a Principal Solution Engineer, Basil focused on enhancing nonprofits' technological access to support their missions. Prior roles include Director of CRM Integration and Training at KnowWho, Inc., Principal at The T Consultancy, and Business Development Director at LegiStorm, where significant contributions were made in sales and marketing strategy development. Basil holds a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Global Leadership and Management Certification from The Economist Group.
