Julia McDowell

Julia McDowell is a healthcare investor and executive at F-Prime Capital, bringing expertise in operations, strategy, and commercialization from both the private and public sectors. They served as Sr. Director of HealthHUBs and Sr. Advisor of Enterprise Strategy at CVS Health before taking on various board roles, including positions at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island and Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc. Julia's earlier experience includes directorial roles at the Clinton Health Access Initiative and Galileo, and they have held fellowships with the CDC and the U.S. Student Fulbright Program. Julia earned an MBA from Yale University and a Master of Public Health from Emory University. They currently serve as a venture partner at F-Prime Capital and are actively involved with multiple organizations, including HiLabs and AmplifyMD.
