David Rad

David Rad serves as the VP of Implementation & Projects at Hilan since March 2003, where responsibilities include strategic business planning, managing payroll operations, and overseeing client service experiences. As a Senior Member of the Management Board, David contributes to influential business and human capital decisions and leads initiatives focused on innovative solutions. David previously managed the Payroll Implementation Division, overseeing around 100 employees and enhancing operational efficiency. David's experience also includes founding Knowledge Technologies and serving as a Senior Training Manager in the Israel Defense Forces. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an engineering degree from Holon Practical Engineering College.
