Flora Wang is currently the Vice President of Analytics for the Mid Atlantic region at Hilb Group, a position held since February 2025. In addition, Flora serves as an Advisory Council Member for Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times at the George Washington University, starting in June 2021. Previously, Flora accumulated extensive experience at PSA Insurance & Financial Services from September 2014 to February 2025, progressing from Benefits Analyst to Director of Analytics in Employee Benefits. Responsibilities included collaboration with senior consultants on client meetings, RFP development, plan design analysis, compliance recommendations, and implementation of claims tracking systems. Flora holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Actuarial Science from Penn State University (2010-2014).
