John Wise

John Wise has a strong background in institutional research and assessment. John started their career as the Director of Engineering Instructional Services at Penn State College of Engineering from 2000 to 2006. John then went on to become the Associate Director at the Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) Mid-Atlantic from 2006 to 2012. After that, they joined Houghton College as the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment from 2013 to 2016, and later became the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment at Hilbert College since 2018.

John Wise earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Instructional Systems from Penn State University from 1994 to 1997. John later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education (Instructional Systems) from Penn State University, completing it from 1998 to 2002.
