Timur Siekmann has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 14 years. Most recently, they served as the Director of HR | Talent & Culture | Estates at Hill Robinson Yacht Management. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager Corporate at 12.18. Investment Management and as the Regional HR Manager EMEA at HRS (Hospitality & Retail Systems). Timur has also held various HR leadership positions at The Empire Hotel & Country Club, Raffles Dubai, Swissôtel Al Ghurair, Swissotel Al Murooj Dubai, One To One Hotels and Resorts, and Jumeirah Aviation Club. Timur's expertise lies in employee relations, performance management, employee development, and creating a positive company culture.

Timur Siekmann's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SBS Swiss Business School, which they pursued from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2010, they completed a certificate program in Restaurant Management & Profitability from Cornell University. In 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hospitality Management specializing in F&B Management from Les Roches. Timur also completed their Abitur, a German qualification for university entrance, from Anna Freud Gymnasium in 2001.
