Mark Roney

Mark Roney is a Creditors Rights and Business Litigation Attorney at Hill Wallack LLP, bringing extensive experience in creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and financial services in New Jersey. Mark's practice focuses on representing businesses, including banks and financial service firms, in litigation and regulatory matters while minimizing risk. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Mark held the position of Vice President and Bank Counsel at Hudson United Bank and served as Counsel at Saiber, LLC. Mark began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Francis P. DeStefano, J.S.C. and holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Government from Skidmore College.
