Hey, I'm Hillary Black. I’m a Conversation Designer, Career Coach, Speaker & Community Builder.

I believe Conversational AI is the future. And that future needs writers, designers and strategists to create amazing automated experiences. That’s where I come in.

My passion is helping people just like YOU become conversation designers, create better bots and get hired! I do this one-on-one, on-demand and everywhere online.

I help people and companies make their conversational AI dreams come true. This could be through producing original content, speaking engagements, one-on-one coaching, strategic consulting, or getting your job position, brand or product in front of my audience.
