Tim Downard

Tim Downard is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CFO and Treasurer at Hillco, Ltd. since August 2018, Tim has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at American Health Associates and has a solid background at Omnicare Inc., where responsibilities included Vice President of Financial Operations, VP & Corporate Controller, and Chief Audit Officer. Prior to that, Tim was a Partner at Grant Thornton LLP and held senior managerial roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Tim Downard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and attended the University of Kentucky for business studies.
