Jazran Efendi

Jazran Efendi is currently the HRD at PT Hillconjaya Sakti, responsible for recruitment processes both nationally and at operational units. Previously, Jazran held various HR roles, including HR Recruitment at PT Malindo Feedmill, Tbk, and HR Coordinator for the Kalimantan, Maluku, and Papua areas at PT Alam Insan Fortuna. Jazran has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta and has experience conducting psychological tests and interviews. Jazran also served as a fundraiser for Dompet Dhuafa, engaging with the public to promote social donations.
