Hillgrove Projects is a London-based construction company with a reputation for delivering exceptional projects, from super-prime residential developments to complex refurbishments of listed buildings. Drawing on local expertise, we provide bespoke solutions tailored to the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.

Founded in 2014 by Victor Ellis, a specialist in bespoke residential construction across London and the Home Counties, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for discerning clients. Our team - including Directors, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Administrators, Site Managers, Foremen, and over 80 skilled in-house tradesmen - ensures each project is completed with meticulous attention to detail.

We offer a comprehensive service, managing projects from initial concept to completion, or working alongside leading architects, designers, construction consultants, and private clients in a construction-only capacity. Whether it’s a shell and core, subterranean, superstructure, fine finishes, or full house refurbishment, we bring expertise and dedication to every aspect of the build. Our in-house bespoke joinery department produces custom-crafted pieces and fine woodwork, seamlessly integrating high-quality finishes into any interior.

At Hillgrove, transparency, reliability, and communication define our approach. We prioritise strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of your vision and delivering exceptional results on time and within budget. While we excel in contemporary construction techniques, we are also highly experienced in heritage materials and conservation, making us specialists in restoring and preserving listed buildings.

With a commitment to excellence and a proven track record, Hillgrove Projects is the trusted choice for delivering high-quality, bespoke construction solutions.
