Avery Doherty (Helwig), PHR, has a diverse background in human resources and employee benefits consulting, with experience spanning various roles and industries. Beginning as a host/server at Ruby Tuesday, Avery progressed to positions including HR Intern at strategic HR inc., where support was provided to multiple organizations in recruitment and human resources solutions. Avery served as a Talent Acquisition/HR Consultant at Clark Schaefer Strategic HR and advanced to Senior HR Generalist at ClarkDietrich Building Systems, managing employee benefit programs and ensuring regulatory compliance. As an Employee Benefits Consultant at Chelko Consulting Group, analysis of RFP proposals was performed, leading to vendor selections.
