Mark Dunlap is currently the Director of Land Surveying at Hillpointe and serves as a Team Leader at Atwell, LLC. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Land Surveying at W&A Engineering and worked as a Land Surveyor at Columbia Engineering and Services, Inc., focusing on FEMA floodplain studies. During their tenure at the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, Mark managed GPS mapping projects and conducted various types of surveys. Mark began their educational journey at The University of Georgia, where they earned a BA from 1996 to 2000.
