Mike Boone, CPM, is a seasoned professional in multifamily operations with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Multifamily Operations at Hillpointe since July 2025, Mike oversees a comprehensive property operations platform, focusing on operational excellence and team development. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Operations at Elmington, Chief Operating Officer at The Klotz Group of Companies, and President at Lynd Management Group. With a career spanning over two decades in the real estate sector, Mike has held positions ranging from Vice President of Governance at Capstone Real Estate Services to Regional Property Manager at Coastal Property Services. An alumnus of the University of South Alabama, Mike also has military credentials as a proud United States Air Force veteran.
