Hills Developments goes beyond the traditional role of a real estate development company; we embody visionaries, innovators, and creators dedicated to crafting exceptional living spaces and mixed-use developments.

Hills Developments is the development arm and sister company to the well-respected Hills Construction that was established in 2015 and boasts a successful track record in the building and development of distinguished real estate destinations and industrial projects throughout Egypt.

We are backed by the strength and experience of INTRO Group, a prominent Egyptian conglomerate established in 1980. INTRO Group's diverse holdings across various sectors, including trading and real estate, provide Hills Developments with a solid foundation for success. Their ongoing support ensures access to financing and operational expertise.
