Daniel Botter serves as the Planning and Development Manager at HILLS Properties, starting in February 2022, where responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies and developing conceptual site layouts. Prior to this, Daniel held the position of Procurement Coordinator at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, assisting with material takeoffs and estimating. As a Design and Detail Specialist at Terreal North America from October 2017 to August 2020, Daniel produced budget proposals for material costs and evaluated building plans for estimates. Daniel's extensive career began at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc., where a long tenure included project design coordination, feasibility studies, and collaboration with various design professionals. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
