Joel Handler

Joel Handler has extensive experience in educational technology and systems administration. Currently serving as the Director of Technology for the Hillsborough Board of Education since January 2004, Joel previously worked as a Systems Administrator at the Institute for Advanced Study and at Holmdel Township School District. Additionally, Joel taught Computer Science and Physics at Holmdel High School from 1996 to 2000. Joel holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Rutgers University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from The College of New Jersey.
