We bring together researchers, practitioners, educators, and change agents who believe that well-crafted patterns can help people design better systems, organizations, and communities.

Through our conferences, workshops, publications, and mentoring spaces, we support collaborative learning, rigorous reflection, and the sharing of lived experience.
