Jay Smith

Jay Smith has a wealth of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Jay started their career at Duke Construction in 1997, where they held the role of Preconstruction Director for over 23 years. In 2020, Jay transitioned to Duke Realty Corporation as a Project Executive before moving on to Hillwood in 2021 as the Vice President of Development.

Jay Smith attended the University of Cincinnati from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
