Lily Galef is the Co-founder and Chief Brand Officer at Hilma, a wellness and self-care company for women. Prior to Hilma, Lily was an Associate Director, Marketing Solutions at Refinery29, Inc. from October 2016 to January 2019. Before Refinery29, Lily was a Brand Partnerships Manager at Vox Media, Inc. from November 2015 to October 2016.

Lily started their career in the fashion industry as a Communications, Marketing and Brand Partnerships intern at Vogue magazine in August 2014. Lily then worked at Christie's as an Evening Sale intern in the Impressionist and Modern Art department in June 2012. In July 2011, they interned in the Special Sales department at Christie's. Lily also interned in the 20th Century Decorative Art and Design department at Christie's in June 2010.

Lily has also interned at Sebastian + Barquet Design Gallery as a Gallery Intern in June 2009 and at Leila Taghinia-Milani Heller Gallery as a Gallery Intern in July 2007.

Lily Galef's educational career began at Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a B.A. in art history and French. Lily then attended New York University in Paris, where they studied French and art history. Finally, they attended Greenwich Academy, where they earned a degree in French and art history.

They are on a team with and Sara Gagnon - Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth. Their manager is Hilary Quartner, Co-Founder and Co-CEO. Erika Soliz - Content Manager, Eleanor Peery - Senior Brand Marketing Manager report to Lily Galef.
