Stephane Adam

Stephane Adam has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Stephane started their career at Dassault Aviation as an IT Project Manager, where they were responsible for developing and deploying IT solutions for the factories. Stephane then moved on to Mars Information Services, where they held various roles such as IT Project Manager, SAP Project Manager, and Global IT Director for Mars Drinks, Mars Chocolate US, and Mars Food US. During their time at Mars, they managed the global SAP deployments program, planned the European deployment plan of the global SAP solution, and successfully implemented the global Mars SAP solution at several units in Europe. After their tenure at Mars, Stephane worked as an IT Transformation Consultant before joining Brink's as a Global Program Manager, where they launched and managed a global program focused on CRM processes. Most recently, they are serving as the VP of IT at Ferrero, overseeing IT operations in North America, and currently holds the same position at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc., where they are a member of the Leadership Team responsible for the enterprise digitalization roadmap.

Stephane Adam attended Polytech Tours from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
