Tim Ogunpehin

Tim Ogunpehin is an experienced professional in reliability and maintenance engineering, currently serving as the Reliability Excellence Manager at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. since April 2020. In this role, Tim has led the Reliability for Results initiative within the Operational Excellence program, focusing on Work Management, Materials Management, and Reliability Engineering. Prior experiences include managing reliability maintenance engineering teams at Amazon, leading maintenance operations at Aryzta LLC and Bob Evans Foods, and supervising engineering projects at BBU/Sara Lee. Tim's engineering background includes mechanical design and project management with notable achievements in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives across various organizations. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan. Additional qualifications include continuing education in SolidWorks.
