Patrick Chan

Patrick Chan serves as the Head of Legal & Compliance for North Asia at Hilti Asia Pacific since March 2019. Prior to this, Patrick co-founded two ventures: moovup., a part-time job matching platform in Hong Kong, and 4R Venture Partners, which provides corporate finance support for startups. Additional experience includes a role as Vice-Director of Legal at BASF East Asia Regional HQ, Legal Counsel at Sun Microsystems, and Head of Legal at DHL Hong Kong. Early in the career, Patrick worked as a Senior Associate at Linklaters and Clifford Chance, focusing on corporate finance matters. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from UNSW, completed in 1995.
