Sofia Andersson

Sofia Andersson is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a robust background across multiple industries. Sofia's career began at Halmstad kommun as an Interim Regional Manager and progressed to roles such as Recruitment Consultant and Regional Head of Recruitment at Adecco. Notably, Sofia served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Vestas, overseeing recruitment and talent management across several countries, and later took on the role of HR Business Partner for Northern Europe at Vestas, focusing on strategic HR support. Additional experience includes a position as HR Business Partner and Customer Service Team Lead at Hilti Sweden, and co-founding the Smile Academy Learning Center in Cambodia, part of a leadership development initiative backed by Hilti.
