With a strong foundation in hospitality management, they received a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Queen Margaret University. Ajit has held various leadership roles, including Director of Food and Beverage at Kempinski Hotels and Director of Banquets at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. They began their career as an Industrial Trainee at The Imperial Hotel in 1999 and have accumulated extensive experience across prestigious establishments such as Taj Hotels, Hyatt Regency, and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
