Alyse Cajar is currently the Directora de Recursos Humanos Cluster at Hilton, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Alyse served as Directora de Recursos Humanos at Bristol Panamá from 2020 to 2024 and as Gerente de Desarrollo Humano at IHG Hotels & Resorts from 2017 to 2020. Alyse earned a Licenciatura en Psicología from Universidad de Panamá in 2011 and is currently pursuing a Maestría en Comportamiento Organizacional at Universidad Latina de Panamá.
