Dave Mayor is currently the Senior Director of Food & Beverage Operations for the Southeast Region at Hilton. They previously served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations in the Restaurant Division at Hakkasan Group from 2015 to 2019 and at The Light Group from 2010 to 2015. Between 2020 and 2021, Dave worked as a consultant. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Florida International University.
