David Baxter

David Baxter is a commercially astute professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, investment and asset management, and retention strategies in the hospitality industry across Asia Pacific, Continental Europe, Africa, and Australasia. They served as the Senior Director of Development, Retention at Hilton, where they created the Renewal and Retention function for the Asia Pacific region, and held various financial leadership roles at Hilton and Mirvac. David holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland and is a Certified Practising Accountant with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA. As a dual Australian and UK citizen, David brings a global perspective to their work.
