Dawn Kote has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with a role as Public Relations & Administration Officer at SAMBUCA NASHVILLE, L.L.C., where notable success included generating $100,000 annually in hotel referrals. Since August 2016, Dawn has served as Lead Concierge at Hilton Downtown Nashville, a position characterized by consistently high ratings on TripAdvisor and Yelp for exceptional guest service.
