Dean Murphy

Dean Murphy is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of F&B Openings & Operations for Hilton since January 2023, Dean has a diverse background that includes roles such as Director of Operations at Sunset Hospitality Group and Co-Founder of The Beet Box. Previously, Dean held various positions at Jumeirah Group, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager. Additionally, experience includes co-ownership at Roseleaf Cafe and a role as Head of Hospitality at esadore international. Dean began the career at Emirates Leisure Retail, serving as an Assistant Operations Manager and Outlet Manager. Dean holds a Diploma in Food & Beverage from WelTec, earned in 2003.
