Derrick Steinour is the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton, where they are actively engaged in driving market share and exceeding owner expectations. With a strong background in the hospitality industry, they previously held roles such as Senior Sales Manager and Assistant Director of Sales at Hilton West Palm Beach. Derrick also served as Area Executive and Sales Manager at Marriott International, and as Associate Director of Sales at Marriott Palm Beach Gardens. They began their career as a Vacation Specialist at Palm Beach Marriott and are currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management at Northwood University.
