Dilan Dogan

Dilan Dogan is a psychologist with a Master's degree in General Psychology focused on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Dilan has held various positions in learning and development, including currently serving as Cluster Learning & Development Manager at Hilton, and previously taking on roles such as Assistant Learning & Development Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at various Hilton locations. Dilan’s experience also includes internships at the University of Valencia and the Ankara Chamber of Industry, as well as volunteering in human resources administration.
