Don Dill has extensive experience in data management and analysis, primarily at Hilton since August 1998, where various roles include Director of Data Management and Director of Business Intelligence. In these positions, Don led teams, developed data analytics capabilities, and managed enterprise data strategies for Revenue Management and Sales data. Prior to Hilton, Don served as a Sergeant in the Emergency Services Division at Shelby County Sheriff's Office from April 2009 to January 2014, providing medical support and search and rescue assistance. In addition, Don has been involved with the Orange County Sheriff's Office as a civilian volunteer since May 2017. Don holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College.
