Doris Tay

Doris Tay currently serves as the APAC Learning Experience Senior Manager at Hilton, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Learning & Development Lead for Southeast Asia and Brazil at Shopee from January 2020 to November 2023, where Doris successfully built and scaled global E-Learning capabilities, delivering over 300 courses with an impressive learner satisfaction rating of 4.6/5. Previous roles also include Learning Business Partner at OCBC Bank, where Doris developed micro-learning modules to enhance industry readiness, and Senior Learning Designer at KPMG Singapore, focusing on creating case studies to promote ethical behavior. Additional experience includes a Senior Learning Designer role at Kydon Group, where Doris led the design of interactive e-learning programs for university students. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics, both obtained from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
