Doris Tay

Doris Tay is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the APAC Learning Experience Senior Manager at Hilton since December 2023, Doris leads multiple cross-regional teams to implement learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability and performance. Previously, as the Regional L&D Lead for Southeast Asia & LATAM at Shopee, Doris managed over 20 reports and delivered scalable people development solutions for over 30,000 employees. Additional experience includes roles as Learning Business Partner at OCBC Bank, Senior Learning Designer at KPMG Singapore and Kydon Group, and Senior Instructor at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Doris holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics, both obtained from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
