Doug has a consistent track record of driving group sales, enhancing marketing strategies, and achieving significant financial milestones, notably revitalizing sales efforts and winning awards such as "Sales Team of the Year" during his tenure at Marriott. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from San Diego State University.
