Ellen Kessler

Ellen Kessler is a strategic business leader and the Sr. Director of Global Learning and Development at Hilton, where they partner with senior leaders to enhance learning initiatives across 7,200 properties worldwide. Ellen's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Learning Design and Development at Capital One, where they built a 30-member team and improved employee training programs. As the Principal Consultant and Owner of Kessler Consulting, Ellen focuses on leadership consulting, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. They hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
