Gary Lemma

Gary Lemma is currently the Director of Food & Beverage at Fess Parker's Doubletree Resort Santa Barbara, where they focus on revenue generation and team member development. They have been with Hilton Worldwide since 1995, also holding the position of Director of Food & Beverage there. Previously, Gary worked as the Assistant Director of Catering at Hilton Anaheim from 1986 to 1994 and served as the Assistant General Manager at Hilton Los Angeles North, Glendale from 2003 to 2007. Gary earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Soil Science and Agronomy from California State University, Fresno, graduating in 1976.
