Currently serving as the Taskforce Director of Risk & Safety at Hilton and as a Principal Consultant at ILP Consulting, they specialize in risk assessment and emergency preparedness. Previously, Maloney held various positions, including Director of Security & Safety at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Director of Security at Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. They were also part of the opening team at Gaylord Hotels and have extensive experience managing safety and security operations.
