Jan Jansen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Conrad Hong Kong since May 2012, after previously overseeing the pre-opening of Conrad Hangzhou and holding the position of Hotel Manager at Conrad Hong Kong. Prior roles at Hilton include Commercial Director for both Hilton Sydney and Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao, as well as a "in training" role in Singapore. Before joining Hilton, Jan Jansen worked at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as Director of Development and Manager of Development & Planning for the Asia Pacific region. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Additionally, Jan Jansen attended Cornell University for further education in 2010.
