Joanne McCray

Joanne McCray is an experienced Client Relations Manager currently at Hilton Worldwide since December 2013, where responsibilities include performing customer-service functions and consulting on clients' business and personal needs. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at MGM Grand from April 2001 to December 2013 and at Ritz Carlton Kapalua from September 1998 to March 2001, also in client relations positions. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from both Radford University and the University of South Florida.
