Previously, Jon held several strategic roles at Hilton, including Senior Director of Commercial Strategy, where collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer resulted in profitable growth initiatives, and Senior Director of Strategy and Program Management, overseeing key initiatives with a budget of $300 million.
