Jorge E. Ramos is currently the Culinary Director, Americas at Hilton, where they lead culinary initiatives across the region. With a successful track record in hotel and restaurant operations, Jorge has held various roles, including Executive Chef at Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton. They have demonstrated expertise in menu planning, staff recruitment, and operational management, working with teams of over 50 employees. Jorge's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a European Wine Certificate.
