Joyce Li is the Director of HR for North China at Hilton Worldwide, a role they have held since 2012. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR at Hilton Beijing from 2002 to 2006 and at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing from 2006 to 2008. Joyce was also the Director of HR at The Kerry Center Hotel from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their corporate roles, they have been the owner of Little Eastern Cafe in Adelaide, SA since 2015. Joyce received a Professional Development Program certificate in Strategic HR & HR Cost Analysis from Cornell University in 2005.
