Kyle Slosek

Kyle Slosek is an experienced cybersecurity professional specializing in penetration testing. Currently serving as the Director of Penetration Testing at Hilton since September 2024, Kyle previously held the position of Application Pentest Manager at First Citizens Bank, where the creation of a unified penetration testing team significantly increased testing capacity. With a background as a Senior Penetration Tester at Resideo, Kyle established an Enterprise IT Penetration Testing program and managed a successful Bug Bounty Program. Earlier roles include Pentest and Assessment Functional Manager at Capgemini, Sr. Cyber Intelligence Analyst at Leidos, and Information Assurance Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Kyle holds a Master’s in Information Assurance from Capitol Technology University, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Penetration Testing & Ethical Hacking from the SANS Technology Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University.
