Leon Dexter is currently the Head Chef at Hilton, having assumed the role in 2022. Previously, they served as a Chef at Radisson and as a Sous Chef at Radisson Blu, managing culinary operations from 2014 to 2021. Leon began their culinary journey as a Junior Sous Chef at IHG from 2010 to 2014. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a focus on Culinary Arts at Goa University. Passionate about the food and beverage service industry, Leon values teamwork and leadership while consistently seeking new challenges to enhance their skills.
