Maher Guetary

Maher Guetary is an experienced professional in the hospitality sector, with a strong background in marketing, revenue management, and commercial strategy. From June 2013 to December 2018, Maher served as the Head of Marketing, Revenue, and Distribution Strategy at LAICO Hotels & Resorts, overseeing 11 properties in Africa and successfully implementing a new central reservation system while fostering a revenue management culture. Previously, Maher worked as a Contracting Manager at Royal First Travel SA and held various key roles, including Commercial Director at Hilton and Regional Commercial Director at Meliá Hotels International. As the founder and Managing Director of Maher Guetary Revenue & Commercial Consulting, Maher provided strategic consulting for independent hotels. Maher holds a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage.
